This is a 12-part series about how a community is born. How people find each other under the same shelter. How growth is not just about numbers, but about trust. This is our story.

Kun tarve puhe- tai toimintaterapialle herää, moni alkaa selvittää mahdollisuuksia päästä terapian piiriin palvelusetelillä tai maksusitoumuksella. Kaikissa tilanteissa niitä ei kuitenkaan tarvita. Ombrelossa puhe- ja toimintaterapiaan voi hakeutua myös omakustanteisesti. Tärkeintä on, että tarvittava tuki saadaan käyntiin silloin, kun sille on tarvetta.

Entä jos strategiaa ei rakennettaisikaan johtoryhmän pöydässä, vaan niiden ihmisten toimesta, jotka kohtaavat asiakkaat, perheet ja yhteistyökumppanit joka päivä? Ombrelon uusi strategia syntyi yhdessä tekemällä – henkilöstön ajatuksista, kokemuksista ja näkemyksistä.

Tämä on tositarina siitä, miten meistä tuli Ombrelo. Ensin oli ajatus. Sitten yksi ihminen. Sitten kaksi. Sitten pieni joukko, joka uskoi samaan suuntaan. Ei ollut varmaa, mitä tästä tulisi.
